Cancellation Policy
We get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Head First Salon charges 100% of appointment for NO-SHOWS and 50% of appointment if cancelled within day of scheduled appointment. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Kelsey by text 320-761-9170 or headfirstsalon.kelsey@gmail.com 24hrs before appointment to avoid any fees.
